Lemon Reinforcement has embraced our exciting transformation since becoming an employee-owned company, empowering employees and fostering a culture of shared success.
10th February 2023 marked a new era of shared success across Lemon’s employees. This shift was communicated in a company-wide meeting, followed by the launch of our first company intranet and the forming of a group of employee representatives, to enhance collaboration and prioritise employee engagement.
In June 2023, whilst we developed the land to create our new Baltic site production facilities, we distributed our first profit-share bonus, followed in October 2023 with recruitment for ‘Employee Directors’. An election process appointed three directors, ensuring employees have a voice within our leadership. At the same time, we introduced enhanced paternity and maternity leave benefits.
December 2023 saw another profit-share bonus and our ‘Great Place to Work’ accreditation.
In 2024, the company upgraded its fleet, and earned a Rosette for Cares Sustainability in March.
